The Cannes stencil comes with a tool stencil which will help you achieve lovely long lines of inking, chalking or pen work as seen in the layout below.

It is easy to match the numbers on your stencil to the numbers on your ‘tool’ stencil to see which section you need. Place your photos/papers onto your page then use your tool stencil for your inking, chalking or pen lines.
I used both papers, and the lovely Floral die and embossing folder released this month, for decoration on the page. The die can be used in so many ways. It looks beautiful on the page using only the outline, but can also be used keeping the ‘cut-outs’ in place. I cut the flower twice then used the ‘cut-outs’ from the patterned paper with a solid colour outline. This is a great way to incorporate the colours in the photos into your decoration.
The two new colours released this month are Orchid and Petunia. These tones are perfect for Heritage photos as seen below on a page created by Deb.

Deb has used the Bohemian Floral papers on an Orchid page. For her decoration she has used the same die set I used above, incorporating a stamped image from the Bohemian Floral Stamp set and, of course, the Resin dots in the same colour theme. Note how Deb has used her blending brushes to bring the page colour onto her patterned papers.
The Petunia coloured page can be seen below in a layout by Sue using the Cannes stencil, the patterned papers in the Petunia shades and the Bohemian texture stencil.

Christine Houbrechts used the Decoration side of the duo above on her page below.
Irene in Victoria used the Petunia page and papers for a little ‘Vintage’. Irene used the Mineral texture stencil on her page and finished it off with AZZA pearls and Sticker circles.

Heather Fields sent in this gorgeous page below and I just love the tones on the page. Heather used the little Dragon on the AZZA Magic stamp. There is a matching die set, so it is easy to pop onto the page. Heather has decorated her Dragon with alcohol pens and then matched the colours in her inking on the page. She has used the AZZA Geometric embossing folder on her papers, some inked and some not. This creates lovely texture on the page without adding another pattern. There is only one left in stock, so if you like the effect do be quick. You will find it in the ‘Last Chance’ section of the shop.

We have not seen a new release in albums for a while, so are very excited to see this beautiful ring binder album arrive with all the Florals this month. This pattern can be used with almost any themed album.
We continue to see lovely layouts created with the Barcelona set of stencils. Hilary created the page below using both the Architecture Die and stamp set.

Sandra in Queensland created the layout below following the online workshop that AZZA Europe posted on their Facebook page. The Architecture texture duo is lovely on the page.

Both sides of the Texture duo give a striking effect on the page. The page below by Scrap de Roz has to be one of my favourite Barcelona pages:

The layout above was created with the AZZA Cannes stencil and the layout below was created with the AZZA Bombay stencil.

The AZZA Competition for FIVE Olympic stencils has been extended to the end of the month as postage has been so slow due to the lockdowns around the country. You could still get an order in for your Barcelona stencil and submit your page using the Barcelona stencil and one other product released in July. All entries to be sent to: deborah.azza@gmail.com or you can send them to your Consultant to be forwarded on.
The Olympic stencil is a special release and will not be for sale. Over forty ladies received a bonus stencil during the Olympic specials. I had this set of photos waiting to be scrapped and when I saw the Olympic stencil, I knew it was perfect. I managed to place my son and daughter in the Olympic Rings bringing the focus directly onto them in the surf and being able to cut away a lot of the sea. I finished off the page with the an AZZA Texture Stencil and Figures. The stamp used at the very top of the page to look like the surf is a lovely stamp set as it can be used in so many different ways.

The script stamp would go perfectly with the newly released Bohemian Floral papers as there is a little script within the design.

I saw this layout in Cyberspace and thought I would share it with you. The page was created with the AZZA Melbourne stencil. Decoration has been created using the same set of stamps shown above. Note how three of the stamps have been used together to create a little scene as a background for the Title. As you can see, a very versatile set of stamps. The little feather is an AZZA figure and the paper is from the AZZA Floral collection.

I’ll end with a wonderful, colourful layout – the Jardin Tropical de Monte Palace by Creativ’ann using the AZZA Kyoto stencil and Rising sun decoration products. Quite a work of art!

Note: The little tag can be cut off the lantern on the left and the image used as a Temple.

It is sad to see so much of the country back in lockdown.
