Glasgow stencil and Shadows decoration products

The Glasgow stencil like all the other AZZA stencils can produce so many different layouts on the scrapping page. Most layouts have been along the ‘green’ theme as the Prairie and Oatmeal colour themes were released at the same time. Here are a few layouts with Glasgow looking completely different on the page.

This year I am creating my own Heritage album and this layout caught my eye. The tones on the page are beautiful. I apologise, I cannot find who created the page, if you know please let me know and I will add the name to the layout.

The following page was created by Jocelyne Heyne in Europe. Note how Jocelyne has used blue inks on the paper and the page to tone in with the photos. AZZA Resin dots always make lovely ‘bubbles’!

Another layout by Jocelyne in the Autumn tones, once again using the Glasgow stencil and the Shadows decoration products. She has used the Texture stencil combined with Resin dots, the beautiful patterned papers and the Shadows stamp and dies for the central decoration.

There were also a few ‘Baby’ layouts that caught my eye, which I thought were worth sharing. The first layout was created by Daniele Leland de Coster.

AZZA Europe

The second layout by Severine in Europe. The little ‘leaf’ allows for an extra photo or some journalling.

Both the Shadow die sets are wonderful for decoration on any page as can be seen in the samples shown below.

Note how the purple leaves have been cut in two different colours. I will often do this in my decorations as it highlights the actual die cut a little more and brings in a second colour. Note how Florence has inked the page with the decoration in place, then moved the decoration before sticking it to the page. This creates a lovely effect.

The decoration above has combined the stamped image from the large set of stamps: Shadows, a die cut from the die set above, AZZA sticker circle, glitter tape and a cut-out image from the embossing stamp.

The layout above shows that the stamps don’t always need to be stamped on a single colour. The AZZA Foam brushes are perfect for the job – they can place colours onto your stamps in the smallest places.

In the layout above Sabine has used the dies but has used them with the cut-outs facing downwards. This die can be used in any orientation. Note how she has used a piece of torn paper behind her decoration which joins the two pieces of grey embossed paper together. She has run a strip vertically behind her photos but in front of the paper cut-outs giving a lovely effect on the page. Washi tape, Glitter tape or strips of plain and patterned paper can be used. Lovely decoration ideas, thank you for sharing Sabine. In the close-up below you can see Sabine has used 3D mousse to lift the die cut off the page a little.

AZZA Classes are up and running again in Perth and lovely layouts using older stencils have been created. I do like to see older stencils being used as we tend to pull out the new ones automatically. When I am working through an album I try to work through my stencils too. Jeni Work created the two pages below. The first page was created with the AZZA Hawaii stencil, the second with AZZA Brooklyn stencil.

Susan Salvair created the page below with the A4 Loire stencil. AZZA still has this lovely Bicycle micro stamp in stock and a Bicycle die has recently been released.

The layout below was created with the AZZA A4 stencil, Budapest. The stamps from the Hint of Green set have been used together with Sticker circles, iZink Glitter paint, Washi tape, Resin dots and Ribbon.

This stamps set is a great one to have as you have an image you can ‘hang’ on the page and images you can create backgrounds for decoration with as shown by Christine Ronsin below. The clips can be used with any image or photo and the frames can be used in so many ways.

These images are also lovely to use on cards. Sabine has created a very striking monochrome card below using the AZZA Script stamp as a background.

Valerie combined her image with images stamped on the lovely AZZA metallic paper.

Being the last day of Autumn we will end with an Autumn card that I thought was beautiful. This card was created by Ramona in Germany. Ramona has used multiple images from the stamp set Autumn Delights shown below.

Tomorrow is the first day of June, new products will be released so do pop along to the AZZA online shop and see what is NEW.

Happy Scrappin’
